Do I pay duties or taxes in the US?
No, they're included at checkout, so there are no surprise fees at delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
How long does US shipping take?
Standard shipping to the USA takes 6–10 days.
Can I return or exchange it?
Yes. Add Checkout+ at checkout (optional) and you get unlimited free exchanges. Without it, you can return within 14 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange. Items need to be unworn, unwashed and have their tags on. Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
What is Checkout+?
It's an optional add-on at checkout. It gives you unlimited free exchanges, and your return shipping label is included.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Start it in our Return Portal. We recommend sending your return with a tracked service.
What if my item is damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. If it's confirmed faulty, we'll offer an exchange (subject to availability) or store credit.
